“I have not seen yeast in the supermarkets for many weeks. Found this on Bakery Bits and ordered it. It's a huge amount of yeast, I have emptied the contents into an airtight tub. It will last us until it deteriorates and no longer makes the bread rise - I have no idea how long that will be.
I just need to find the flour - none in the supermarket today, around two week's supply at home, previously we have always kept more than that in the house.”
