“I ordered this in first weeks of lockdown when store shelves were cleared of everything. It works well in a bread machine. I've stored the contents in 8 Foodsaver vacuum bags and kept it in the fridge, with the portion in use stored in a vacuum box. We are now 5 months down the line and it's still going strong. Having a good supply on hand in the house has proved useful, I doubt I'll go back to fiddly sachets when this is used up. The rise of the loaf is always good. Delivery was fast even at a time of country wide chaos and fear.”
