“This dried yeast is perfect for my home bread making. I was worried I might not be able to keep such a relatively large amount dry. This was no problem. An airtight container was all I needed and I keep it on top of the ten kilogram bag of bread flour in a bin I bought for that purpose.
I won’t go back to buying either flour or yeast in the supermarket.”
