“I am very happy with the product I purchased but the delivery was a disaster. It took 3 attempts to deliver and a wasted day waiting in. Virtually impossible to communicate with a human being at the delivery company and no reply at all from Bakery Bits when I emailed them asking for help to contact the delivery company, not even an acknowledgement of my email asking for help to get the product I’d bought. Considering the cost of delivery I found this all very unsatisfactory .”
