Actually I have not received it yet. Not your fault. I am in Malaysia. My daughter was on holiday from Burma over Xmas and she picked up the items for me and will be bringing them here towards the end of next month.
All of the items I have purchased from you over the years have been excellent. Some urgent ones you have sent direct to me here.
I supply private customers and a few stores with a range of baked goods. The Couche will be used for a range of new bread for these stores. We only make small quantities and market our stuff along with hand made cheeses and butter from France, sausage from Germany and Italy etc.
I should be in the UK towards the end of the year and will not doubt take the opportunity of purchasing several more items.

“Fine for yeasted dough but when used for sourdough it stuck a bit, although I floured it generously. The dough was in contact for a longer time however”
