“An excellent, well made proving basket. Not as sturdy as my wicker ones, but half the price. The linen is excellent quality and releases the dough easily. The only issue I have is that 1200g of dough disappears inside. I wonder if the suggested weight is in fact the flour weight, since these look like they would accept 2000g of dough quite easily.”
