I bought this after receiving the smaller version in the kit from the course I attended with Vanessa Kimbell. I love how non-stick the well floured linen liner is. The size is rather larger than I expected, but I wanted try out a 1kg sized loaf. However, the proven dough was too big for La Cloche so I am back to using the smaller one and making 500g loaves. It would be fine for a loaf that doesn't need to be baked in La Cloche though, ie on a baking stone. I have a lot to learn so I might not be making much sense here :o)
