“Usually make 2 x 3lb loaves, but wanted a larger single tin that was metal not non-stick. Googled and found Bakery Bits. Won't be shopping anywhere else for baking equipment now. Loaf didn't stick first time used and rose higher as tin was deeper than current ones. (It almost looked like a professionally baked loaf) :-)
I was careful putting in oven as it just fits width wise, but it fits! It's going to get very well used as well.
Thank you Bakery Bits for the prompt service and high quality tin.”
“I wanted to make bread for sandwiches. Shop-bought pans were too small. This one fits a standard oven. I used 1400g of bread flour and greased the pan, then dusted it with semolina flour. The loaf slid out, perfectly. I used a child's paintbrush to remove the excess semolina flour, afterwards. Now, it's ready to use again. Shown with a standard baked bean tin, as a height guide.”
