“Can't say much more than it is excellent. It had enabled me to make large sandwich bread loafs at home. Rather than a boule sourdough with thin tapered slices to large slices due to the dimensions, I can now cut my own thickness and have the same cuts throughout.
I apply a little butter to the tin and dust with flour before I put my dough in and it seems to slide out with ease. Have made 2 large loaves so far and have no complaints.”
