“Great bread tin - its a bit of a monster and only just fits in my oven width-ways. At last I can have proper square loaves - the quality is excellent - really thick metal - my loaves seem to have a much softer crust than in thin metal tins. Use with the lid for square loaves - or without for a natural top. I want to get the 2lb version of the same tin when its back in stock! Very impressed with Bakery Bits - a great UK company! Will be back for more - thinking about their baking trays...”
