My knife arrived on time and I have cut loaves baked the same day - no more leaving overnight on the worktop. I can cut my fruit buns before freezing (which makes them easier to thaw), new baked bread rolls - heaven. Well worth the price. “This knife is perfect for the everyday tin loaf as well as the large 2kg round loaves I produce. The only reason it gets 4 stars not 5 is because it's ugly compared to my Opinel bread knife which is beautiful to hold.”

“Bread knives I have had before have been hard work to use but I only recently found out it was because they were too short. This one, although more expensive, looks ideal. As my kitchen is being renovated I haven't had chance to make bread yet but am hoping this will perform as well as anticipated.”
