“I live on my own, so I freeze my bread as soon as I get home from the shop.
I have it sliced, so that I can withdraw only the amount of slices that I am going to use. This way the bread stays fresh and I never throw any away. I find however that the supermarket slicer crushes the fresh bread.
I bought an Eezi- Slice bread board online, but my bread knife was too short, and my electric knife did not go through easily and cleanly, so I purchased this knife from Bakery Bits.
I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with this purchase, the knife is super sharp so you have to be very careful when handling. The knife just glides through the bread and makes a very clean cut. Also very good with my bread board for cutting bread rolls.”
