“First loaf out of this tin flew out and the tin was spotless afterward. I usually grease and flour bread tins, but this one I just oiled, having done the seasoning as instructed and it baked a very even, thin crusted sandwich loaf. Lovely tin. Want to try it on one of the heavy duty vollkorn breads soon and see whether it does as well with those. Very impressed with this pullman, best I've tried so far, can't say better than that, can I?”
