“Probably fine for the home baker but our bakers stopped using after a couple of minutes due to heat transfer. They seemed to be decent build quality etc.”
“Bought for use in a commercial bakery they have performed well (after 2 weeks) i.e. carrying bread laden trays from oven to cooling racks etc. Their large size is perfect, allowing dough encrusted hands to easily slip into the mitt style gloves. It'll be interesting to see how long they last in the harsh environment but so far so good.”
