In many ways thy are fantastic, but I do find them a little too padded to be able to hold some of my tins etc in the oven and the shape at the finger end could be shaped a little better (more rounded) but definitely you do not get any burns on hands or up your arms

They look as if they would do the job perfectly, but the stitching on the cuff is shoddy and it is loose inside one of the gloves. A real shame, as otherwise I think they would be great!

These gloves are excellent value and quality. I'd worn through several pairs of the cotton oven gloves you get from the high street. These gloves are made of sturdy leather and cotton (wrist/cuff area) and feel like they will last a long time. Only minor downside is that you lose a little bit of dexterity if trying to pick up a thin tray, and they are "handed" gloves so you need to check which one you have grabbed out the drawer before you put it on, unlike those cotton gloves that wear out quickly. But well worth the money.

These gloves are very substantial and very protective. Be warned, though, they are very big. My wife finds them too big to use comfortably. They are streets ahead of most high street offerings.
