Used for handling up to 2kg of dough. Great size for this and has made the job of cutting / shaping dough lot easier than a standard size plastic scraper. Stainless steel bends slightly.
Beware - Rounded corners on my scraper have a sharp section which will scratch wooden surfaces.”
