“This is far superior to most of the rubbish scrapers/cutters on ebay and in highstreet cook shops. The rigid blade means accurate cutting and handling of dough/pastry, without the horrible 'wobble board' effect of cheaper, more flexible blades. The solid handle is confortable to grip too, without providing loads of gaps/nooks for gunge to accumulate. Rounded corners on the blade are a nice touch, as unless you're lucky enough to have a granite/steel worktop, square corners can do a lot of damage if you're not paying attention.”
