“I used some of this in a Panettone recipe (from James Morton's Brilliant Bread) and not only was the bread brilliant the clean citrus flavour of the Candied Citron came through very nicely. As this was an test bake for home consumption I will be baking more Panettone for Christmas (pressies) and will be needing more Candied Citron so, I'll be back (again)!”
