Very good quality bread pan, it looks and feels very durable and I'm sure that it will last for a very long time. The bread comes out of the tin each and every time without sticking (I use Spelt which tends to be a little sticky). I bake bread at least 3 times a week, so I see this bread tin as an investment. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for product solid and high-quality material and good design for long-term use without surface damage or defects in the material as is the case with cheap products.

I bought this pan after a recommendation on an Einkorn baking website. I don't normally buy anything on recommendations like that, assuming a payoff somewhere, but I've been baking sourdough increasingly successfully using this series of lessons and Bakery Bits Enkir flour. The tin's been a gamechanger. I thought initially it was quite expensive for one loaf tin. It was much the same price everywhere, though, and sometimes there were complaints amongst the reviews on more 'wholesale' websites about damage coatings, so I went with Bakery Bits. I'm glad I did - there's a world of difference between this and a cheaper tin, especially with the stickiness which can be part of the stages of Einkorn sourdoughs. Both loaves I've baked so far have come out perfectly, with a final rise and finish I'm not so used to with cheaper tins. You get what you pay for - an investment piece!

81/2 x 41/2, the right size for most 500g flour recipes and surprising hard to find (e.g. see Amazon). Having made half a dozen loaves, bread sill just falls out by turning tin upside down. The right weight too; heavy enough not to buckle but thin enough to transfer heat for spring.

This is my second bread tin of this type. They are sturdy and the bread just drops out leaving them almost clean enough to return to the cupboard. I’ve never had a problem and always use these for my bread.

I’m not a bread baker but bought these as a housewarming present for a friend who is. She was delighted with the quality of these tins in terms of their weight , shape and size.
