Bought these to replace tins where the non stick coating had failed! Only used a couple of times but they do what was expected of them. They don't stick and seem to transmit heat better and make nice crusty bread.

The bread (sourdough) sticks to the sides and cracks alongside the edges on the top of the loaf. I tried oiling the pan but same result. I have no problem with the cheap 2lb farmhouse pan, maybe I'm doing something wrong. Otherwise the pan is well manufactured and looks like it will last decades.

A nice work horse of a loaf tin. Nice weight to it and I've used it a few times now for day to day loaves. Always useful.

It says these are 2lb pans, but they're more like 1lb. I have a bunch of 1 1/2 lb pans at home and these are smaller than them. They material and quality of the pans themselves is super good though - the best I've seen.
