I've not even looked at Crust yet, but Dough has totally transformed my bread making! WOW! I can now make dough without the aid of my bread machine. Traditional methods do my shoulder arthritis no good at all, but Richard's method not only produces a great result, it also is pain free.

Excellent for the baker with some experience of working with sourdough. I have been making sourdough bread for nearly three years, so the ideas in this book have added to my knowledge and will increase my range I hope
