“Having previously experience with bread flours from Supermarkets I was amazed how wonderful CRC T65 looked and felt by comparison. It behaved very differently during kneading and resulted in beautiful and very tasty buns. I tried it first on of our favourite recipe for Soft Japanese Milk Rolls made with tangzhong starter. Simply fabulous. I will have to use larger springform next time though. Better flour quality and SAF Gold yeast (instead of supermarket Allinson yeast) resulted in much nicer taste and better rise. Thank you Bakerybits. I am never going back to former ingredients if I can avoid it.”
“Loving my T65 french flour , not as white as t55 but has a lovely smell and makes a very tasty loaf . My first loaf is with a bit of wholemeal flour . Very nice bread .would definitely recommend this flour . Well packaged easy to track and would re order .”
