“In general, I’m happy with bakery bids service and products. But I’m not happy with the second purchase of this flour. I bake with Larousse book of bread. This flour is recommended for some recipes.
So the first time, I bought couple of 1 kg bags of T65 flour and was happy with my perfect loaf.
The second time, I bought 25 kg bag and it is absolutely different flour. For the same recipes with the same list of ingredients (just new batch of T65 flour) I can’t get the perfect bread. It stays sticky inside or collapse in the oven. I would not buy this flour again.”
“Looking for a good white French flour I tried this one -- Wessex -- to get a lower gluten product. It's average. Next tried Ble Ble which is fantastic for what I want and will use that instead.”
“I've just tried this for my sourdough and it's very good, just eaten the end bit, plus another slice! I didn't think it would match my favoured Molino Italian flour, but I was wrong. I would say that the crust is easier to cut through, not quite as hard as the Molino. The taste is excellent too. So what will I order next? Eeny meeny miny mo.......”
