“I’ve made my first Pandora cake in the new tin and it works like a charm. No sticking, and just the right amount of browning on top, sides and bottom. I bought the 500 size and used your recipe as well which was for 750 size tins, but it was easy enough cutting down the amounts in each tin and I had a bit left over to make some individual cakes.
