“A fantastic product and the only place I have found it in the UK. The recipe on the website was really useful and it produced a beautfiul bread for Christmas.”
“Bakery Bits' was the only company I could find outside of Italy selling Pandoro Tins!I was really pleased with both the service and product - just need to get some Manitoba flour now to try it out properly as I tried to bake a Pandoro with strong flour and it was a complete disaster (but at least my italian husband thought it was funny!)”
“This pandoro pan is a joy to look at in itself and it worked perfectly. I had two concerns on using it, neither of which turned out to be justifed. First, would 750g of my dough (one third of the recipe from Carol Field's The Italian Baker) actually fill the 750g pan? It did! Second, would the dough stick to the complicated shapes of the pan? No, it didn't. I buttered the pan generously with two coats of melted butter, and after baking, the loaf slipped out beautifully. Dusted with vanilla icing sugar it looked spectacular, with a taste and texture to match.”
