“I watched Paul Hollywood make a Pandoro on the tv a few days before Christmas. I was inspired to try making one, and knew just the people to get a tin from! It came lightning quick, the Bakery Bits recipe was a dream, and the result was fantastic. Everyone loved it. Big success! PS. I don't have a stand mixer at the moment, my old one conked out, so I did it all by hand. I just followed the basic Dan Lepard technique of knead and leave a few times. As I said, the result was great.”
