“Works really well, replacement for cracked cloche. Even better results, easy to look after, quick wipe with oiled cloth at first, get some flaxseed oil too, then after use with a dry cloth.

“Early days but great results and I looks like it should last a very long time.
I had a ceramic equivalent that really transformed my baking. But after 6 months use I noticed some major cracks on the lower part and one crack forming on the dome itself.
This iron cloche does basically the same job (and actually slightly better) but is much more robust. I would advise anyone thinking about it to get one of these rather than the cheaper ceramic ones.
