The pan itself is heavy and sturdy, and comes already pre-seasoned so I was able to bake with it right away!
The steam created as a result of dropping a couple of ice cubes in the pre-heated pan after I put the dough in is making a BIG difference, and I got the most beautiful ear as a result.
I would highly recommend this pan, and means that my Le Creuset enamel pan won’t get damaged any longer!”
