“I bake a lot of sweet dough's from Pain Aux Raisins/Chocolat, Danish's and sweet breads like Viennese Chocolate bread, It arrived two days ago, I initially bought it for the recipes in Dominique Ansel's Recipes from his books, but i have found this yeast to be far Superior to what i do and have moved away from fresh yeast and instant yeast. already, It really does arrive as a LBS Brick of yeast, amused me not seen this before, well packed a very healthy wrap of bubble wrap, arrived very fast too, was pleased with the service, came back as previously ordered from here before.
WIth this yeast if your dough has 10% or more sugar to flour, use this yeast dough rises well and is not dense.

“Bakery Bits provide excellent service and a great choice of products for the traditional baker. This yeast seems very good value. I haven't used the yeast yet but I have high hopes and would like to review it after I run out of the old stuff and start using Saf-Gold. Not long now, I bake a lot of bread.”
