“It is unreasonable of any customer in these difficult times to complain about shelf life of flour: just having flour seems like a privilege. However, feedback was requested by the excellent Bakery Bits. I love BB as a supplier, and have ordered a number of times. Always excellent, this time though a 16Kg sack of flour has only 3 months of shelf-life before the best-before date. Where I've been able to get flour from other sources the shelf-life has been about a year.”
