“I love this flour, it has never let me down (Two bakes a week for 3 years) 150g of Extra Strong White Marriages, 350g of Strong Malted Seeded, 1 handful extra sunflower seeds, 1 of Pumpkin Seeds, salt, butter, dried yeast and 1 tablespoon treacle mixed in 300ml warm water, Prove once in bowl and once in tin, bake 30mins- works every time to perfection.
