“I tried this as a sample for sourdough. The first two loaves were lacking in flavour, despite using my usual rye starter. For the second pair, shown here, I reduced my mix from 900g of Marriages white to 800g and added 100g spelt. This improved matters. Mix, prove and rise were all good.”
