“I have tried this flour for pizza dough. This was truly amazing. Impossible to compare with a dough made with regular flour. I had the perfect pizza base, with the perfect elasticity it should have. the taste and smell was so different and absolutely amazing to eat. I now can do pizzas like best chefs would do!!! will try homemade pastas soon. I am only buying this from now and more than highly recommend.5 stars is under rated, it deserves more.”
