I really wish I'd bought this years ago. No more gazing at the oven hoping for that "bounce", less mess, no fogged specs trying to make steam. I know I will still need the baking stone for other things but for now and for my sourdough and other bread, I am delighted with my purchase. As I have come to expect from you delivery was on time and as promised.

It is too early to clearly state that the purchase has been successful; the first bake using starter dough was not a success, due to the starter probably. now switching to yeast based bread where experience is greater and more successful.

This was bought as a present for my son. It was well packaged and I was kept informed of the delivery at every stage. My son has baked a few loaves in it and tells me they are really good. Would definitely recommend this company.

Have only baked 3 sourdoughs so far, using the hot cloche method, the first 2 I used a different flour and a bit less water the I normally use, they came out with more height than normal, a good crust but were a bit small and "tight" looking, I went back to my normal recipe for the 3rd and it came out amazing, I can now see why everybody raves about it, a must have buy if you want a great looking and fantastic crusty loaf.
