“I ordered a Cloche which came very quickly, unfortunately it was damaged. I was told I would have a replacement but it is nearly 2 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. It would be nice to be informed of an expected delivery date.”

“I was recommended both the company and the Cloche whilst on a course. Glad I took both bits of advice has allowed my bread making to move onto the next level.”
“I am a rather experienced baker and I have no doubt that the dome does upgrade your bread baking big times. It creates the most wonderful crust (better than the crust created using a Le Creuset). I am very happy with it.
The only downside is that it is rather cumbersome to remove it (hot) from the oven, because there are no handles (from this point of view, the Lodge cast iron pots system works better) & it is rather fragile.
Highly recommended BUT if you have also to invest in some quality pan, perhaps I would now choose the Lodge iron pans - u can cook and bake with them (and they can be moved around with no fuss)
I decided to buy the cloche because I have already possess plenty of pans.”
“Am very new at baking sourdough bread and I found it very tricky to handle the wet dough, but with a combination of the cane banneton, the peel and the baking dome, I had my friends and family telling me to make extra bread to sell. As if that was not all, the customer service at BakeryBits is excellent. My dome arrived with a cracked lid and had it promptly replaced at no extra cost, and my orders arrived in Belgium within 4 days. Am one happy client. Thank you BakeryBits and thanks Adrian Thornberry.”
