“I have only had this for a short time but I am very pleased with it so far. I have baked sourdough and also a yeast based spelt and linseed loaf in it. The crusts have been superb. I use rice flour on the base to stop it sticking and it is easy to brush this away once the cloche has cooled.
You need a good pair of oven gloves/gauntlets”
