“I have wanted an accurate scales for some time capable of weighing small quantities of yeast. As I have had to measure my yeast in teaspoon, guesswork, quantities from the tin.
The scales arrived beautifully packed and work a treat. I especially like the way the top cover can be removed to create a weighing tray.
My yeast quantities are far more accurate now and I have realised that I was using far too much yeast. I will need to relearn proving times with the proper quantities but at the end of the day my bread is going to be much better for it.”

“Bought for husband’s birthday a few months ago and he uses it every week to make his sourdough loaves. Previously he had a ‘Heath Robinson’ contraption that he cobbled together, so this is a great improvement. I’m sure he wouldn’t be without it now that it’s here.
He has said he wishes either that the dome sat inside the base, or/and that the base had handles as he finds it a bit fiddly to pick up when he wants to remove it from the oven at the end of a bake, but that is no reflection on Bakery Bits and husband is very pleased with the product. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was safe and sound, so a resounding thank you”
