“I love this cloche. Bread seems to rise better in it than when baking open and I usually get a beautiful burst and a terrific crust. A sprinkle of fine semolina on the base before putting in the dough means the bread never sticks and is easily removed after baking. My only worry is that I’ll crack it or drop it - it is ceramic not metal after all!”

“Fantastic loaf of sourdough bread from this dome - well risen and crusty. Make sure to clear all but the shelf it will sit on in the oven, it's surprisingly tall. Love it and worth making space in the cupboard!”
