“This really helps prevents our lopsided loaves, and the crust is better. Ideal for my husband who has become a baking fanatic since going on a course. He loves this addition which he heard about in a Telegraph article. It is large, and you need a good size oven. I think that it takes longer to heat up the oven with it inside, and it is heavy- but the benefits are great. We get a perfectly shaped loaf every time, using a banneton for proving followed by cooking with the cloche. Utterly brilliant!”
