Used this for the first time today. It's bigger than I expected! Will take a bit of getting used to. Quite straightforward to use and my first loaf looks nice. I never get a really crisp crust to my bread so I'm hoping this will help.

Used it just once so far but very impressed with the crust structure it achieved. Not such a good 'spring' as I achieve when 'open' baking loaves with the steam function on my oven. Will keep trying different mixes to get the best loaves I can.
