“When we removed this from the oven the first time the loaf inside bore no resemblance to anything I’d made before! The oven spring was huge and the crust was amazing. I use it for all my loaves, sourdough and a countryish white loaf. Only issue is the bread disappears too quickly now!”

I was pleasantly surprised how crusty the loaves turn out; almost as good as using the professional ovens at work. I have noticed a slight increase in the oven spring compared to not using the baking cloche. Would 100% recommend”
