Lovely unbleached white flour. Noticeably different in texture when pouring out from the bag compared to other flours I have used. Produced a really great sourdough.

This is a superior product; baking bread at home takes time and effort, so it is essential to use quality ingredients to get a good, healthy loaf.

I love Redbournebury flour it has a beautiful creamy colour. I like to use local products so when I can't get to the mill it great to be able to buy here on line.

I am new to the world of bread baking and have never used organic flour before. I found the raw dough less pliable than that made with non-organic flour. The baked bread did no have the flavour I expected but I am not sure if all this is due to my in-experience or the flour. I will keep experimenting with this until I get the result I hope for.
