“Recently, I have used this tray when making pizza. I usually keep the pizza dough in the fridge overnight, to slow down fermentation, and I needed a tray to hold as many dough balls as possible and, at the same time, that could fit in the fridge. This one is perfect. Furthermore, it's robust, easy to clean and the lid is a real bonus (no more cling film!). I definitively recommend the product.
