“We just received our knobbly rolling pin and had our first attempt at making Swedish sourdough crispbreads. The rolling pin is essential for getting the texture right, as well as the appearance. We just returned from holiday in Sweden and nowhere seemed to sell kruskavels so bakery bits have done really well to source them. My bet is sourdough crispbread will be the next big thing in baking - a taste of Scandinavian 'hygge' - so grab one while you can!”
