I am pleased with Bakery Bits business I have been looking for T65 bagatelle flour in USA they don't have this particular flour and France do not export to individual but I found from Bakery Bits and am glad thank you for your help

Recently tried this flour along with some recipes from the Larousse book of bread by Eric Kayser, The results were a pleasant surprise, well risen loaves with a nice crust and soft centre, baked in a covered dome.

I was surprised that the flour only had 6 months on the bbd , my other supplier (french click) has at least a year

Using the right flour makes so much difference to your bread making. Well recommend this. We need larger size bags though

In general, I’m happy with bakery bids service and products. But I’m not happy with the second purchase of this flour. I bake with Larousse book of bread. This flour is recommended for some recipes. So the first time, I bought couple of 1 kg bags of T65 flour and was happy with my perfect loaf. The second time, I bought 25 kg bag and it is absolutely different flour. For the same recipes with the same list of ingredients (just new batch of T65 flour) I can’t get the perfect bread. It stays sticky inside or collapse in the oven. I would not buy this flour again.
