“I was looking forward to making some croissants just before Christmas using this flour. Sadly, upon opening the new flour, I discovered an infestation of weevils... I have emailed Bakery Bits regarding this and each of my three emails have only received an automated reply but nothing further... I understand that the company may be busy, however, I am finding that the customer service and aftercare are very disappointing... please advise...”
