“I have used this three or four times now and each time I have been impressed with the bake. The quality of the cast iron tin ensures good heat transfere through the loaf without scorching. I use re useable silicone fabric in the bottom of the pan so have no trouble turning out the loaf. I will be ordering the smaller loaf tin now I have trialed, and been impressed by, the larger size. Can highly recommend.”
“Good quality flour or icing dredger BUT the lid doesn't fit very tightly and came off depositing flour everywhere! Will need some adjustment before next use.”
“I wanted a way of sprinkling semolina evenly onto my peel in order to get loaves and pizzas into the oven smoothly. This dredger is ideal - the small holes deliver just the right amount of semolina. The lid was a little loose as delivered, but a squeeze between the fingers soon sorted that. A great product.”
