“loaves did not look any better than previous loaves cooked in rubbishy old non stick pans. thought they would be more browned. hard to get out of tin. i use steam in the oven which rusted up the outside of pans. however only made one batch and will certainly have another go and adjust cooking technique.”

“Excellent quality product, withstands heat extremely well and bakes a good crusty loaf. I found that I needed to reproof it with flax oil almost immediately but once that was done it was superb. Heed the advice on washing and drying well,iron is not the same as steel. Love it.”
