“Disappointed with the quality. The Wooden handle is ok but the brass screws etc are made from the cheapest quality you can find. So, I’m sorry, but really not worth the price!”
“Treated myself to this top of the range lame now I’m making sourdough once or twice a week. Easy to change blade and my scoring has improved. I do need more practice to improve my technique, it’s definitely not as easy as it looks on the countless YouTube videos but this helps.”
