“I bought this recently after seeing it on your Newsletter. I have been using one I purchased, from yourselves, when I first started breadmaking, it has served me well. However, with this new Lame it is really easy to get clean cuts in the dough, and at the right depth too. Thanks for that. Also thanks for the bag of Spelt Flour, which I was debating on buying last time, have used this and it makes bread with a really good crumb and tasty too!

“This item whilst not cheap is beautifully made. It holds a standard razor blade available in every country in the world so you will only ever need this and you will not need a disposable one again. The razor blade can be put in and turned over when blunt so getting maximum use of blades. It is also light enough to carry travelling and I can just buy some blades when I arrive in a country and have access to an oven. It would make a lovely present for any keen baker.”
